Rod Gamble and Carmen Wallace have decided to leave Summit Materials to pursue other opportunities. I would like to thank Rod and Carmen for their contribution to Summit and wish them well in their future endeavors.
It is with great pleasure that I welcome Doug Rauh and Clint Pulley to Summit as Regional President East and Regional CFO East respectively.Doug has over 29 years of experience in the construction materials industry. He started his career working for his family's business, Northern Ohio Paving Company (NOPCO). With the acquisition of NOPCO by Oldcastle, Doug had multiple operations roles at Oldcastle, most recently as president and CEO of The Shelly Company in Ohio. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Ohio State University.
Prior to joining Summit, Clint Pulley spent 18 years with Oldcastle Materials serving in various accounting and finance roles in Utah and Ohio, most recently as CFO of the Shelly Company. Clint received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Professional Accountancy Degrees from the University of Utah.
